Time Management Strategies for Project Management

Course Description
BRIEF INTRODUCTIONIn this two-week short online course, we are going to introduce time management strategies and skills.

Week 1

First, Time Management Overview, Second, Define and Sequence Activities, Third, Critical Path Method and Schedule Compression, Fourth, Critical Chain Method and Resource Optimization, And the fifth lecture video, Schedule Baseline and Project Schedule. In this lecture video, we will present an overview of Time Management.

Project Time Management includes the processes required to manage the timely completion of the project. Plan Schedule Management is the process of establishing the policies, procedures, and documentation for planning, developing, managing, executing, and controlling the project schedule. The output for this process is the schedule management plan, the playbook for how you will plan and manage your schedule, how it will be reviewed, and how often. Plan Schedule Management is the first process in Project Time Management.

Week 2

In the coming week, we are going to discuss in depth about critical path method and schedule compression, critical chain method and resource optimization, and schedule baseline and project schedule.
